This time I totally agree.
Yes it's a great manipulation (but easy) and is brilliant indeed.
It's one of MY favorites .... !!!!

Really stunning!
Did you use photosop with the smudge tool?
Or, perhaps, Corel Painter?
Were they flowers in real life?
Either way, it is a great success.
