Yes this IS nice. Well seen and photographed spherical. If I'm going to be really picky maybe a small crop on RHS wall to balance the image, not too much though not squared off

I echo Perrycornish's comment. Nicely composed, sharp image. A subject I don't think I would necessarily have considered photographing! Well seen and captured

Well seen and well photographed. I like the movement in the water and the colours and texture in the brickwork. Can I assume that this was tripod mounted ? The 1/39th sec recorded shutter speed has put movement into the water but everything else is really nice and sharp. I find it is very difficult to hand hold steadily at anything less than 1/60th.
Perry, I don't think I would crop. I can see where you are coming from with the brickwork but I think cropping would cut off too much water and leave it with nowhere to go.

Thank you all for your comments! Perry good idea about the crop & I tried it. Whilst it does balance the arches, I feel it becomes unbalanced also because the water has no where to go. The camera was rested on a wall to cope with the slow shutter speed, and I also used a #1 ND grad filter, top left to keep detail & colour in the wall top LHS and angled it to line up with the top of the arches. Thanks again for your kind words.
